Privacy Policy – SiteTrack

SiteTrack (“the App”) is a construction site management application designed to help professionals manage projects, materials, reports, and daily site operations. This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled when you use the App.

1. Data Collection and Use

SiteTrack does not require user registration and does not collect personal data such as name, email address, or phone number by default.

All project-related data, including but not limited to:

Project names
Company information
Construction logs
Material and stock records
Reports and documents

is stored locally on the user’s device using on-device storage technologies.

The App does not transmit this data to external servers controlled by the developer.

2. Local Data Storage

All operational data is stored locally on the user’s device.
The developer does not have access to this data.

Users are responsible for managing backups of their own data if needed.

3. Third-Party Services

SiteTrack uses the following third-party services:

Google Play Billing
Used to process in-app subscriptions and purchases.
Google may collect and process data as described in their own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

The App does not use advertising SDKs.

4. Analytics and Usage Data

SiteTrack may optionally collect anonymous usage data for the sole purpose of improving app performance and user experience.

This data:

Does not identify individual users
Is collected only with user consent, where applicable
Is not sold or shared with third parties

The developer does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties, except where required to operate Google Play Billing services.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Because all primary data is stored locally on the device:

Users can delete all stored data at any time by uninstalling the App
No user data is retained by the developer after uninstallation

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users have the right to:

Access their data stored on their device
Delete their data by removing the App
Withdraw consent for optional data collection features, where applicable

Since no personal data is centrally stored, most data control is managed directly by the user on their device.

8. Children’s Privacy

SiteTrack is not directed to children and is intended for professional use.

The App does not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.

Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
